LifeSource is teaming up with the Score radio to save lives! You can go to bat for your friends and neighbors as each blood donation can save up to three lives.

To donate blood you must be:
- at least 17-years old (16 with written parental consent)
- weigh at least 110 pounds
- be in general good health
For your donation, remember to:
- drink plenty of fluids, it’s important to stay hydrated
- eat a good meal before your donation
- bring your ID

Promotion is for the Southsiders Blood Drive with The Score radio station on September 11, 2010. Participating blood donors 18 and older will be eligible to enter a random drawing to win one of 7 pairs of tickets to a Chicago White Sox game or a unique fan experience. One entry per person. Ticket winners will be drawn at the blood drive. Winner need not be present to win. Winners not present will be notified by telephone the week of September 13, 2010. Fan experience winner will be contacted by telephone week of September 13, 2010. Appearance personalities; dates and times are subject to change. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes. Must be 18 years of age or older to enter random drawing. The first 250 donors will receive a pair of tickets to attend the Training Camp Festival taking place that day which includes watching the Team practice.
You can enter the blood drive behind the Michael Jordan statue located at the East end of the building. Free parking is available at official United Center parking lots.
WIN BLACKHAWKS TICKETS: Hourly drawings will be held to win a pair of tickets to an upcoming game. Winners need not be present to win.
WIN AUTOGRAPHED SHARP JERSEY: One lucky donor will win an autographed Patrick Sharp jersey! Drawing will take place at approximately 2 p.m. Winner need not be present to win.
WIN AUTOGRAPHED BLACKHAWKS CAP: Register in advance online at www.lifesource.org or call 877-LIFESOURCE and you will be entered in a random drawing to win an autogrphed baseball cap. The baseball cap has six autographs from the Stanley Cup Championship team.

Blood Donors: Blood donors must be at least 17-years-old, 16 with parental consent, weigh at least 110 pounds and be in general good health. There is no upper age limit and most medications are accepted. The donation process takes about an hour and is both safe and comfortable.
Bone Marrow Registry: To enter the Be the Match Registry requires a simple mouth swab to determine tissue type and completion of a brief questionnaire. Donors must be between the ages of 18 – 60 years old and sign a form consenting to have your tissue type listed on the Registry until your 61st birthday. If you’re found to be a match for someone, the donation process is many times similar to donating blood.
